DescriptionA slide of a photograph of the sandbag and plywood barricaded entrance to the Papio Theater in Papillion, Nebraska during the Papillion Creek flood of 1959. The motion picture theater is located on the east side of Washington Street, across from the Papillion City Park, between Lincoln Road on the south and Papillion Creek on the north. The theater was built in the mid-1940s by Art Sunde.
