DescriptionBlack and white photograph of Frieden Evangelical Lutheran Church in Papillion, Nebraska with a hand-tinted light-blue sky. The church was organized March 22, 1908 and the building was dedicated on December 13, 1908. The wooden frame church has a bell tower with a single cross on the peak. There are concrete steps leading to the front doors with an identifying sign above the doorway. Standing in front of the church is an unidentified man wearing a suit. This church was the forerunner of Trinity Lutheran Church.
