Printing on the plate reads "Compliments of Banking House of A. W. Clarke; Papillion, Nebr." Printing on the back of the plate reads "N.C.C." above a line and "E. L. O [or D.]" below the line. Includes a color illustration of a woman wearing fancy hat.
